If you purchased Shipping Protection and experience an issue with your order, please contact us at info@susukoshi.com with the following details:
📌 Lost Packages – If your order is lost in transit or marked as delivered but missing, we’ll work with the carrier to investigate and provide a resolution.
📌 Damaged Items – Send us clear photos of the damaged product and packaging within 30 days of delivery so we can assist you.
💡 If your parcel shows as delivered but hasn’t been received, we may ask for extra details (such as a photo of the delivery spot, a non-delivery statement from the courier, security recording, or a police report).
💡 Even if you didn’t choose shipping protection, we will help and assist you with our courier partners to investigate further, however our ability to resolve it may be limited.
💡 Shipping protection is non-refundable.
