All orders will be shipped in 1-2 days time.
It can take up to 5-10 days during the launch or sale period. If you need your order to be shipped urgently or at a certain date, please contact us at info@susukoshi.com.
We use Australia Post, Sendle and DHL to ship our orders Australia wide and worldwide.
You can use the shipping calculator to get the shipping fee in at the cart.

Domestic Orders (Within Australia):
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
International Orders:
Standard Shipping: 7–14 or 30 days business days (may vary with customs and your location)

All orders comes with a trackable shipping, this will be sent to your email upon fulfilling your order.

We understand that mistakes can happen! If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at info@susukoshi.com, and we'll do our best to assist with updating your delivery address.
Please note that during sales events, launches, or other busy periods, we may be unable to process address changes. This is due to the high volume of orders and the potential for processing errors, which can impact our warehouse team's ability to fulfill orders promptly.
To ensure a smooth and timely delivery, we recommend double-checking your shipping address before completing your order. We thank you for your understanding.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an issue with the address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the parcel.

Any customs duties, taxes, or VAT (Value Added Tax) are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in your order or shipping costs, and Susukoshi does not cover or reimburse them.
Custom tax is non-refundable.
These charges are levied by the customs authorities in the destination country, Susukoshi has no control of it and not gaining any profit for this matter.
What if custom is not paid?
When a tax or duty is not paid, the items will held in custom for a period of time. This is vary from country to country.
The item will then be returned to us. If this is the case, return shipping fee will be deducted on your store credit.
💡 Due to the lengthy process of international returns, we only give refunds in store credit (1 year validity). And we can only give the credits when the items are back in our warehouse.
