🛠 Your Consumer Rights (Australia)

  • You’re entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product has a major failure or isn’t of acceptable quality.
  • If you receive the wrong item, you can request a return or refund (please provide details in your return request).

⚠️ What’s Not Considered Faulty?

  • Damage due to incorrect care (contact us for care instructions if unsure).
  • If you continue using a damaged item, we won’t be responsible for further issues.

📅 Return Timeframes

  • Change of mind or incorrect item? Notify us within 7 days of delivery & return it within 30 days.
  • Australian orders are considered delivered 2 days after dispatch, even if not physically received.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Merchandise, gift cards, mystery bags
  • Sale, clearance, promotional, or outlet items
  • Socks, headbands, hair accessories, bibs, hats, bonnets, beanies, personalized items

Change of Mind Returns (Full-Price Items Only)
We may offer a refund or exchange (subject to stock availability) if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with tags intact.
  • You submit a return form & receive a return authorization number.
  • The item wasn’t bought on sale or customized.

💰 Return Costs & Refunds

  • You cover return & re-delivery shipping for change of mind.
  • Store credit (minus original shipping) will be issued for change-of-mind returns.
  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping.

🚫 Return Requests Will Be Denied If:

  • The item is used, not in original packaging, or damaged due to misuse.
  • If denied, we will ship the item back at your expense.
