Rewards Policy

REWARDS POLICY

This Rewards Policy applies to all customers that have created an account and accepted the Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions apply to all your interactions with us and also apply to  this Rewards Policy. By creating an account on our website you agree to join the Susukoshi Rewards Program and to be bound by our Terms and Conditions including this Rewards Policy.

We offer all our customers the chance to earn rewards such as discount codes, coupons and access to promotional items. To be eligible to earn reward points you need to:

1. Be over 18 ;
2. Have created an account with us; and
3. Accepted our Terms and Conditions.

In these Terms, we, our or us means Susukoshi Pty Ltd ABN 73 634 274 212.

Earning Reward Points

The Susukoshi Rewards Program allows you to collect rewards points when you complete certain actions including:

• signing up on our website (200 points);
• placing an order (1 point per A$1.00 spent);
• celebrating a birthday (200 points);
• liking us on Facebook (50 points);
• following us on TikTok (50 points);
• following us on Instagram (50 points); and
• writing Susukoshi Pty Ltd a review on Reviews.io (50 points).

The points you accumulate are known as Reward Points.

Using your Reward Points

Reward Points accumulate and can be converted into exciting rewards.

• 150 points = $5 off coupon
• 300 points = $10 off coupon
• 720 points = $25 off coupon

You can choose to convert the Reward Points you accrue into discount coupons at any time within 12 months of you accruing the Reward Points. If you have not converted the Reward Points, they will expire at the end of 12 months.

Discount Coupons

You can convert your Reward Points into a discount coupon by logging into your account. Once you have selected to convert your Reward Points, we will email you a discount coupon.

When you share your unique referral link with friends and family, they will receive a 10% coupon for their next purchase, and you will receive an AU$5 discount coupon.

Using you discount coupons

Discount coupons are available to be used at any time and have no expiration date.

You acknowledge and agree that discount coupons can only be used on full price items and items listed in the sale section. Discount Coupons cannot be used for any promotional sales or other offers. You can only use one discount coupon per transaction.

Limitation of Liability

It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide the correct details when creating your account. We accept no responsibility for any lost or misdirected rewards and we may exercise our discretion in reinstating any rewards points in your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any claim in connection with your use of our Rewards Program including whether you have used or converted your Reward Points.

Amendment of this Rewards Policy

We may amend this Rewards Policy at any time, by providing 30 days’ written notice to you. By continuing to participate in the Rewards Program after receiving the written notice, you agree to the amended Policy. If you do not agree to the amendment, you may cancel your account in accordance with our Terms and Conditions
