Susukoshi PlayMat is soft and comfortable so your baby can have extra cushion to lay, kick and roll on a hard floor. Beautifully designed so it can complement the decor in your nursery, and comes complete with it's own carrying case for easy portability. Now play time is anytime! At home and while you're away.

These mats use the same premium organic cotton fabric as our other baby collections. They are super soft and color tones are designed to match with all other Susukoshi collections. Most importantly they are organic!

Susukoshi's natural inspired tones are gender neutral and make the perfect gift for both mom and baby.

We recommend spot wash or hand wash if it is necessary. However, Susukoshi PlayMats are machine washable too, please put the mat inside the bag provided during the wash. We recommend laying them flat to dry after washing, or you can also iron them after drying to achieve a more crisp look.

We ship using Australia Post (signature on delivery by default, but you can opt for "safe to leave") a flat rate of AUD$9.50 Australian order. *Please be reminded that if you choose NO signature on delivery, we cannot be responsible of your order if they are lost or missing.

{ INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS }

International with DHL Express with a flat-rate of AUD$25 to NZ or AUD$35 to worldwide *Maximum purchase amount applies. *Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local authority for more information. If you need a different service, please contact us.



All orders will have a tracking number, please contact us if you didn't receive the order 5 days after your order has been dispatched (Australia) or 2-3 days with DHL Express.

We will not be responsible in missing or late parcel. Please take note, If the details given are not right and the parcel returned to us, we will contact you and we will need to charge another shipping fee to send your order back to you.

{ AUSTRALIA CUSTOMERS }

We are happy to accept a return of your items within 21 days of the date on your receipt. All items must be unworn and in original condition and packaging for refund or exchange. Susukoshi purchases made at a third party stockist can only be returned back to the same stockist, and are subject to the returns policy of the store.

We offer the below return options depending on the item you are returning:

  • FULL PRICE ITEMS: Items purchased at full price can be returned for exchange, store credit, or refund within a reasonable time with proof of purchase IF the items are faulty, not fit for purpose, or differs from the descriptions. No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind.
  • SALE ITEMS: All sale items and special offer items are FINAL, so please choose your items careful as no exchanges or refund will be given. If there is faulty from the production on the sale items, please let us know via email and with proof of picture; we will process the email within 3 business days for store credit.

 

To complete your return, first you must notify us by writing an email and providing us with proof of pictures to info@susukoshi.com. We require an order number or original receipt from Susukoshi Pty Ltd. If you cannot find your order number or if you do not have one, we can help you find it. We are not taking return/exchange or refund without the original receipt or proof of payment from Susukoshi Pty Ltd. 

Return orders need to be sent in 7 business days from the date you have lodged your return request. Susukoshi Pty Ltd has the right to reject your return if the return takes more that 7 business days without prior notification.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

  • Refunds (if applicable)

Your refund will be processed, and the refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a minimum 3 business days.
*There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Terms and Conditions applied.
*Shipping or freight fees will not be refunded even if your order is non free shipping order.
*Gift cards is non-refundable.

  • Exchanges (if applicable)

If you need to exchange an item that does not fit for purpose, we will accept that within 21 days of the date on your receipt. However you are responsible for the exchange postage costs.
You will just need to send the item back to us via registered parcel (to avoid any missing parcel which we will not be responsible with) including a pre-paid satchel back to send your exchange item back to you. 

  • Faulty items (if applicable)

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty from production item, whether it is Full price or Sale items, Susukoshi Pty Ltd is responsible to give you an exchange (subject to availability), or store credit or a full refund. We are giving our customers a peace of mind with their purchase. If the faulty items were purchased from our stockist, please contact the stockist customer service.

All our international orders are eligible for a full-refund within 30 days of the date on your receipt if the items are faulty from production. We are not giving refund without original receipt or proof of payment from Susukoshi Pty Ltd. No return is needed and Strictly no exchange as international shipping cost is high.
